POSITION TITLE
Sales Representative
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for prospecting new leads and bringing in new business for the company. This position will primarily involve a high volume of outbound phone calls to prospective clients. The position will also involve research to discover new industries for possible leads.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research various industries using any media (internet, journals, directories, etc.) to prospect for new leads.
- Make cold calls to prospective clients to find person responsible for website contracting decisions.
- Use a CRM database (e.g. ACT!) to log notes of call activity.
- Represent Sales Design Force with total professionalism and a desire to understand clients' needs.
- Work closely with Director of Sales to bring in new contracts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. Sales training will be given to hired applicants.
- Strong ability to not take sales calls (especially rejections) personally!
- Fortitude to make 40+ sales calls per day.
- Working knowledge of website design would be terrific but not required.
- Keen desire to become an integral part of a growing firm.
COMPENSATION:
Compensation will be 100% commission based with unlimited earning potential.
